You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. You’ll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.
As the HRBP for the Firmwide Corporate Services(FCS) functions focused on the China Central market, you will:
- Drive and implement the FCS people strategy and priorities (e.g. people management, people engagement) to enable the strategy of FCS and its functions
- Manage the day-to-day people-related matters of FCS in Hong Kong, as the strategic business advisor
- Provide effective people management guidance, coaching and tools to assist FCS functional leaders and teams in sustaining people development and employee relationship
- Support the annual performance & talent management processes including: development planning, periodic performance reviews, and the annual year-end performance evaluation, talent identification, promotion and reward decisions
- Conduct exit interviews and focus groups to bring the insights to enhance the FCS people strategy
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports to enable decision making of the FCS people strategy
- Work with FCS functional leaders/managers on employment related issues e.g. performance management, disciplinary actions
- Work with FCS functional leaders/managers and recruitment team to address the business sourcings needs
- Contribute to people-related initiatives and practices working with different HR teams and FCS functions
- Support on strategy and/or ad hoc projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree holder in business, social science, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in professional services or multi-national environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under deadline with quality deliverables
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative manner with people at all levels from diverse background/culture with strong client-focussed mindset
- Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work with quantitative data
- Demonstrates high learning agility
- Ability to work in dynamic environment with flexibility and agility
- Passionate in creating impact through change/transformation initiatives/projects
- Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills to enable communications and analysis
Proficiency in spoken and written English
