  • Job Description


The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limites to:


  • Assist employees, line manager, and HR professionals with inquiries and transactions ranging from simple policy questions to escalation of more complex issues.

  • Process varying levels of transactions for employees, line managers, and HR professionals.

  • Provide other services as necessary based on business needs including employee life cycle activities.

  • Utilize the case management system to achieve required service level agreement metrics and overall client satisfaction

  • Provide subject matter expertise as needed for HRIS and other HR systems

  • Provide expertise to business units in Workday transactions, data validation, auditing and correcting

  • Ensure data integrity audits are conducted, and issues resolved

  • Analyze work process design and flow for HRIS Shared Service & work with internal and external clients and vendors to implement improved processes and suggest necessary improvements to improve the overall client experience and efficiency

  • Conduct analysis and prepare ongoing HR reports to effectively administer policies and programs

  • Research and work in a team environment to resolve employee issues in many areas of Human Resources, by working directly with internal and external clients and vendors

  • Identify and address process improvements

  • Identify data issues and provide Relentless Root Cause Analysis and escalate problem resolution

Experience/Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a HR Shared Service center or a similar customer facing type of environment is preferred

  • Experience with HR policy or other areas of expertise (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management) within HR is helpful

  • Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply LEAN to these processes for continuous improvement is seen as a strong attribute

  • Experience with Workday and other HRIS System is preferred

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply analytical skills is required

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office

  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics

  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of relevant experience
