基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

As part of the Brand Finance team, you will partner with key stakeholders across functions to drive both topline and profitability growth of Wanchai Ferry brand + V Pearl brand. This is a high-visibility business partnership team in a dynamics business, so you will be expected to provide nimble, insightful Finance support in a variety of challenging business situations.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Establish strong partnership with the WCF China business teams to provide analytical support and drive profitable growth for the brand
• Own the monthly closing, forecasting and budget processes; partner cross functionally to deliver insightful analysis of key metrics
• Own innovation, renovation development analysis for incremental margin accretive products
• Lead cost and pricing analysis to extract maximum value for the business in the consumer marketplace
• Provide insightful management reports and build leadership review presentation

Regularly update performance trackers and other reporting tools to guide management decisioning

• Drive analysis and controls to support quick and prudent growth capital investment decisions for the business

工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical individual who is able to go beyond traditional FP&A duties and understand the business holistically, identifying key drivers and implementing solutions for business partners.

• 4-6 years of related work experience in Commercial Finance, or FP&A, preferably in a global / multi-national organization
• Work experience in big 4 accounting firm as auditing or consulting role is an advantage
• Excellent communication skill in English, both verbal and written, is a must
• Experience in independently driving monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Knowledge of how to make effective, powerful PowerPoint presentations and other review materials
• Able to lead projects and drive results independently
• Highly competent in Excel
• SAP and other reporting systems experience is strongly preferred

教育程度: Educational Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, accounting or equivalent
• China CPA or related Accountancy qualification is an advantage
