YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Engineer Systems,  are to: 

• Fulfill requirements defined by others;
• Support development of one design element at a time within a selected discipline;
• Learn about the product and clinical applications;
• Have a guided understanding of direct interfaces (inputs/outputs) within the relevant processes;
• Receive clearly defined objectives and instruction from a more experienced lead engineer or supervisor;
• Accurately follow directions;
• Communicate work activities effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• 0-2 years of experience in an academic understanding of engineering/scientific principles;
• Ability to fulfill requirements defined by others;
• Working knowledge and proven skills of PC computer operating system including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Excellent Communications skills;
• Excellent Collaboration skills;
•  Excellent Customer Focus skills;
• Familiarity and/or coursework with Object Oriented design.
   
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Awareness of other technical disciplines;
• Understanding basic tools and technologies;
• Supports development of one design element at a time within a selected discipline.
