Job title: Training Associate Director of Training Centre

Job responsibilities:

1. The program Associate Director of Training Centre is accountable for developing and implementing an overarching learning services that is aligned to the business needs of the organization being supported.

2. Able to do needs analysis, and build the learning solutions to support the business WX Biologics.

3. Develop and deliver learning programs, such as New Employee Orientation program, as per the annual training plan and needs analysis.

4. Develop or modify learning products, tests, exercises or courses as assigned.

5. Attend training partner classes to monitor and evaluate performance of instructors.

6. Monitor the quality and feedback of the classes and take appropriate action as necessary.

7. Provide ongoing / summarized reporting of L&D business impact and business engagement results to business stakeholders.

8. Actively advocate the value of the TC solutions and work with the business stakeholders to increase its adoption.

Job requirements

1. Requires minimum BS/BA degree, advanced degree preferred；

2. Minimum 5years in learning & development and/or organization development, and program management；

3. Good human relations and good organization and coordinate ability;

4. Strong team-work spirit, law and social morality consciousness;

5. Bio- pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred;

6. Strong written and verbal communication, formal presentation skills; fluent in English
