岗位职责Responsibilities


  • Planning, developing and delivering events and communication programmes in the private sector in an international environment, offering the full range of MCI event solutions and managements.

  • 在国际环境下,策划、发展和执行内部团队的活动和交流方案,提供全方位的MCI活动解决方案和管理。

  • Operation Manager will manage the operation team, take the lead for projects, ensure quality delivery for event execution. This role is expected to strongly support business development in the pitching process from ideation, feasibility to budgeting.

  • Planning of operational roles within event / project teams

  • 规划活动/项目团队中的运营角色

  • Managing project teams during the preparation phase of a project and on-site execution

  • 在项目准备阶段和现场执行阶段管理项目团队

  • Participating in event debriefings, gather client feedback and market intelligence

  • 参与活动汇报,收集客户反馈和市场情报

  • Regular and frequent communication with clients to monitor client satisfaction

  • 定期时常与客户沟通,监控客户满意度

  • Proper reconciliation (operational, financial) of all projects handled by event / project teams

  • 对所有由活动/项目团队处理的项目进行适当的协调 (运营、财务)

  • Building, maintaining and continual development of relationships with suppliers, negotiating best prices and deals, setting up credit agreements, raising purchase orders, attending supplier visits to MCI where appropriate

  • 建立、维护和持续发展与供应商的关系,协商***价格和交易,建立信用协议,提高采购订单,适时出席供应商拜访MCI

  • Supervising final production and presentation of proposals to clients (concept, creativity, planning, time line, quality, budget, resources, profitability, etc.),

  • 监督最终制作和向客户提交提案(概念、创意、计划、时间线、质量、预算、资源、盈利能力等),

  • Strategize and plan the operational roles within the BU

  • 制定战略并计划BU内部的运营角色

  • Being present at all relevant events (incl. all events of own clients)

  • 出席所有相关活动(包括自己客户的所有活动)

  • Maintain rapport within client base and build new clients where able

  • 与客户保持良好的关系,尽可能建立新客户

  • Supervising and – where needed – direct involvement in the proper management of projects attributed to the BU, including planning, budgeting, quality of work, client management, etc.

  • Ensuring the profitability of the events and projects organised, managing and verifying all income and expenditure

  • 确保组织的活动和项目的盈利能力,管理和核实所有的收入和支出

  • Maintaining and updating of managerial tools such as CRM and all appropriate files and databases

  • Develop a cohesive and passionate operations team, and plan required training as appropriate

  • Maintain the GM Target and BU EBT

任职资格Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in the meeting and event industry demonstrating consistent progression in roles and responsibilities

  • 至少5-8年的会议和活动行业经验,表明在角色和职责方面取得了一致的进展

  • Experience in planning, developing and delivering events and communication programmes in the private and/or public sector in an international environment

  • 具有在国际环境中策划、开发和执行私营和(或)公共部门的活动和传播方案的经验

  • Experience in dealing with Director-level client contacts at major international corporations

  • 有与大型国际公司总监级客户接触的经验

  • A proven track record of managing and motivating teams and delivering small- and large scale projects in a service environment

  • 在服务环境中管理和激励团队以及交付小型和大型项目方面有良好的工作经验

  • Ability to make decisions, express and develop new ideas

  • 决策能力,表达和发展新想法的能力

  • Fluency in English and Chinese, additional languages strongly desired

  • Good knowledge of computerized systems including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages and databases, preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Understanding of technical production software such as AutoCad a definite advantage

  • Good knowledge of international destinations – hotels and venues (for MICE projects) of both Hangzhou & Asia Pacific countries

  • Perform and possess of leadership skill
