Job Description
Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Achieve financial and non-financial KPIs as developed
- Build and manage the channel distribution network while undertake sales directly to customers.
- Expand network of channel agents appropriate to our brand.
- Explore and develop more effective channels of international marketing (Media, Banks, Immigration, Overseas Education, Local Agencies/Referral Parties etc.).
- Understand the costs of working with these channels, associated referral fees and build relationships with a view to secure monthly events & raise KF profile as the ‘go to agent’ for stock.
- Distribute product and give training to channel agents
Database management
- Build and manage the database of channel agents and direct buyers
- Build a qualified database of High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) database by targeting a select group of qualified channels to leverage their client base and event schedule
Marketing
- Lead the strategic planning and assist the Marketing team on events including the following: budgeting, media coordination, channel partnership plan, assist in marketing material design, sales documentation preparation and ensure the IPM team are well briefed on the project.
- Keep the Director of IPM, China and wider group abreast of the latest market trends, competitor landscape and regulatory requirements that may impact the business.
Internal cooperation
- Liaise with Knight Frank global offices and IPM teams, especially London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Beijing and wider Asia Pacific offices to market overseas residential projects in Beijing and across China
Team Management
- Assist Director of IPM China to prepare budgets and reforecasts; translate them into reasonably stretched KPIs for team members and monitor their performance.
- Review the team workflow pipeline, guidelines and administration process with the team on a regularly set weekly meeting and monthly meeting with Director of IPM to ensure work efficiency, productivity and quality according to Company standard.
Person Specification
- At least 8 years relevant working experience
- Bachelor degree or above
- Team management experience preferred
- Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills
- Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan
- Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
