WHAT YOU WILL DO

Associate, Digital Technology Innovation (DTI)

Accountabilities

Provide cross functional project coordinator support in replacement of our Project Controls support

We would like to have the support moved inhouse to drive consistency and get synergies across the organization

This position will provide support across the DTI Shared Services Portfolio

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the following in support of Shared Services:
–Accrual Preparation and submission for Portfolio
–Updating the Portfolio Report and upload of actuals to PPS
–Support Portfolios in PO generation, invoice tracking / submission
–Assist in remaining compliant on project implementation, close out, and modification
–Funding Agenda Preparation
–DocuSign submission and tracking
Tampa preferred but open to remote

Competencies

•Strong oral and presentation skills; with an ability to negotiate, influence and persuade
•Ability to prioritize in order make decisions for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance

OR

Associate’s degree and 3 years of accounting, finance or project management experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 5 years of accounting, finance or project management experience

Preferred Requirements

Strong communication skills

Analytical thinker

Strong in Excel

Preferred Experience in Service Now, Ariba, SAP, Tableau

Can work with leaders and teams with technical backgrounds

Self motivated and detail oriented

Ability to handle ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements

Is an enthusiastic team player and self-starter with a serious commitment to hard work and excellence
