WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Improve report generation efficiency through automating and streamlining current processes with varied data analytics tools
• Provide and enhance drill-down functionality and smart visualization to online and offline reports and dashboards with multiple BI / visualization tools, catering to company strategy of digital transformation
• Maintain e-commerce databank and provide ad-hoc analysis for E-commerce business
• Continuously optimize and upgrade online and offline reports to timely and effectively meet business needs, through proactively communication with varied commercial departments (i.e. M&E, P&T, Supply Chain, Finance, as well as BUAP and group) and IT functions (local and Group IT)
• Support data scientist manager to identify, explore and assess fundamental digital transformation directions & possibilities for PVM China
• Ensure timely delivery of all reports and dashboards with quality through proactive cooperation with reporting team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reporting, data anlaysis and / or data visualziation (dashboarding)
• Strong ad-hoc data analytics skill, big data mining capabilities, and mastery of BI visualization tools, esp. Tableau
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Tableau and SAP. Tableau Certified / Qualified Associate and deep learning experience preferred
• Communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environment
• Good learning agility and business acumen, passionate with high level of commitment
• Adapted to the constantly changing working conditions
• Consumer, retail and / or e-commerce industry background & experience preferred
