Corporate Lawyer

Requirements:

Applicants should have Bachelor or Master Degree majoring in law;

Applicants should have at least 4-6 year experience in commercial and corporate areas, particularly in relation to China-related work (special in M&A, FDI, Labour and contentious matters will be a bonus)

Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese, total fluency in Putonghua is essential;

Able to work independently;

Dynamic, ambitious, hard working and a team player;
