Responsible for the daily operation of the Global Quality Archive (e.g., receive, scan, index, store, retrieve records).
- Receive and classify records received for archiving.
- Perform imaging of documents to be entered into the system of record, as needed.
- Process records and maintain accurate data entries in the system of record.
- Arrange for offsite storage or retrieval of records/documents.
- Monitor and update records inventory of onsite and offsite records and backups in support of disaster recovery practices.
- Interact with customers and provide support by searching and retrieving records or information.
- Track and maintain procedures and policies in compliance with corporate and federal regulations.
- Share subject matter knowledge with users to enable them to follow archive processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in records management, to include familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Teamcenter Unified = TcU).
- Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office software.
- Experience using digital imaging scanners and similar equipment (e.g., Xerox machines, microfilm readers).
- Strong ability to perform tasks with great attention to detail.
- Strong team player with good problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and changing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to adapt to change while maintaining quality and effectiveness.
- Must be able to lift standard record boxes up to 45 pounds.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, application of GxPs (Good Documentation Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices) related to records management.
Education / Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and 4 or more years experience with Baxter Product Data Management/documentation systems or equivalent change control system.
Knowledge of product data/document configuration management. Experience in leading teams.
