Job Description
Identify, create and execute China partnership opportunities (in-licensing, out-licensing, academic collaboration, etc.) that are meaningful to LRL
- Process optimization: Develop and continuously improve processes around opportunity identification, partner selection, opportunity assessment, transaction and post-transaction monitoring. Align with internal x-functional stakeholders to ensure processes in place to allow execution excellence
- Project execution: Collaborate with scientific team and x-functional stakeholders to drive and execute projects (in-licensing, out-licensing, academic collaboration, etc.), including evaluating the attractiveness of each project, due diligence management, preparing and presenting findings for internal review and negotiations with partners, etc. Shephard projects through the processes in an effective and efficient manner
- Strategy synthesis: Work closely with scientific team to synthesize findings from landscape survey, project assessments, etc. and develop succinct & compelling presentation to articulate China market dynamics & potential opportunities
基本资格要求
- Advanced degree in Biology or Chemistry
- 5 years+ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, six-sigma, business development or similar functions in pharma / life science / bio-tech / medical device industry
- Fluent Mandarin and English for verbal and written communications
- High learning agility & curiosity
- Collaborative & “can-do” attitude
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking competence
- Entrepreneurial, optimistic, self-motivating
- MBA preferred

Previous business development experience is a plus
