Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION基本职责

1. To assist Department Head for necessary matters.

为区域工程副总裁提供必要的支持

2. To coordinate within the Technical Services Department team and communicate with hotel owners (pre-opening)

负责技术服务部门内部沟通协调, 与预开业酒店业主的沟通协调

3. All administrative works in the department.

所有部门相关行政事务


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
职责和义务

4. To organize and participate in regular meetings, record and keep correspondence and meeting records, track problems to be solved.

组织、参加例会,记录和保存来往信函和会议记录,追踪需解决问题;

5. To arrange appointments and meeting between department and owners.

安排部门和业主之间的会见、会议等事宜;

6. Administrative works in Technical Services Department, such as attendance record, name card application, and OA application, etc.

部门行政工作,例如部门出勤记录、名片申请、文件审批流程申请等等;

7. To draft all kinds of document, such as company regulations, letters and external memos to the owner, etc

起草各类文件,如公司制度、信函、内部备忘录等等;

8. To provide any necessary assistance and support to the Department Head (Vice President of of Corporate Engineering)

向区域工程副总裁提供相关必要的协助和支持

9. Be responsible for coordination and communication between the department and other functional departments in Headquarters, to ensure smooth and accurate transmission of information from the department to other departments.

负责部门与总部其他职能部门的协调和沟通, 确保部门和总部其它部门的信息及时准确传递;

10. Be in charge of the file management such as departmental documents and outgoing documents, to ensure the file system in a good order.

部门文件和对外发出文件管理:确保技术服务部门文件管理有序进行;

11. To negotiate with the hotel owner about the travel arrangement from technical service colleagues, and draft the trip schedule accordingly.

同酒店业主方协商相关出差技术人员出差安排事宜,并做具体安排;

12. To send memorandums of hotel properties to the owners by a unified mailbox and ensure the complete and accurate filings of both e-mails and letters.

将技术服务部门负责人的各个酒店项目备忘录以统一邮箱发送给业主方,并确保信函的完整准确存档;

13. To communicate with Engineering departments in all operating hotels. To contact hotel GM for the Engineering Annual arrangement.

与已开业酒店各个工程部门保持沟通,与酒店总经理联系酒店工程年审事宜的开展

14. Summary & Analysis of the Energy Consumption Data in Hotel Executive Summary Report 统计和分析运营酒店经营报告中年度能源消耗数据


JOB SPECIFICATION
工作要求

1. Relevant degree in hotel, hospitality or administration field. College degree or above.

酒店管理、旅游管理或行政相关专业,学历大专及以上

2. Proficient in the use of computer for word processing, spreadsheet, email, internet, ppt etc. 熟练使用电脑软件word, excel, ppt等

3. Fluent English skill in oral and written skills.

能熟练使用英语,拥有听说读写技能
