Job Description

1. Manage administrative tasks to ensure the efficient workflow at the GM office, supervise the work of assistant to GM Office



2. Assist GM with routine office functions and operations:

  • Administrative duties as answering phones, taking messages, processing paperwork, document filing, preparation of expense reports
  • Formulate and implement company policies and procedures as directed by General Manager; Keep GM rmed of the progress and abreast of any potential problems
  • Assist GM in communicating and coordinating with staff in departments to identify, evaluate, plan, and execute business strategies
  • Organize conference and meetings as directed by GM and take the minutes
  • Translate files, interpret among Chinese, English and Germany
  • Make travel arrangement and book the tickets and hotel for GM
  • Pigeonhole and maintain records and files
  • To type correspondence and reports to the superior company
  • To document and manage files for GM
  • Organize internal and external events

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree with very good German & English language
  • Above 1 years’ experience as management assistant in MNC will be a plus
  • Nice image and very good manner
  • Good professional ethics, strong problem-solving, service sense and communication skills, can work under high pressure
  • Mature, analytical, motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft office
