Job Description
  • Assisting General Manager in daily operation
  • Handling with daily admin and human resources working
  • Preparation of office administration duties including: business proposal, management reports, meeting agenda
  • Coordinating and follow-up ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 years working experience in which 5 years of secretarial or assistant experience
  • Relevant Bachelor Degree holder
  • Familiar with basic software, online social media and ERP/SAP B1
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
