Job Description:
- Assist the Chairman in participating in overseas business strategic planning and developing annual business plans.
- Responsible for coordinating the project progress in overseas markets, completing market analysis and competitor research, and providing relevant decision-making suggestions.
- Responsible for coordinating the company's external business cooperation, and maintaining overseas customer relationships.
- Responsible for coordinating the company's internal & external resources, including legal, accounting, and human resources, to ensure compliant operation of the business.
- Responsible for developing and executing overseas market promotion plans, monitoring market feedback and competition, and adjusting marketing strategies in a timely manner.
- Assist the Chairman in organizing and presiding over international conferences and business negotiations, coordinating the cooperation of relevant departments at home and abroad to ensure smooth conduct of conference business activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, native-level English proficiency, and basic Chinese communication skills.
- Familiarity with international markets, understanding of European and American culture and business environment.
- Excellent project management skills and cross-department coordination abilities, able to independently complete work tasks.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, as well as strong business negotiation skills and customer management abilities.
- Innovative thinking and strategic thinking, with strong market analysis and forecasting abilities, able to adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner based on market feedback.
- Able to withstand significant work pressure, enthusiastic about work, and have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
