Your Responsibilities
- Order parts.
- Follow up delivery with suppliers after ordering until promise has been fulfilled.
- Handle return/replace parts due to quality etc in-and-out FTZ application.
- Take reception during supplier / guest visit.
- Initiate payment form for non-STD parts and MRO parts then follow up with the signatures and give to FIN when finish.
- Update info in BOM and PA-list accordingly and timely.
- Feedback and work with related supplier managers when encounter problems during communication with suppliers.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor degree, mechatronics engineering, automation engineering, economics, trades are preferred.
- <3 years work experience, experience with purchasing / buying preferred.
- Good at communication, contact with people.
- Smart, quick response, willing to learn.
- Written English is a must, verbal English is preferred.
- Team spirit and humor.
