We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct distribution and logistics from our warehouse and central kitchen to our group’s outlets. The candidate will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding services and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operation of the warehouse, control inventory and stock movements
• Supervise handling and dispatch of orders received from shops and kitchens
• Perform initial stock quality control on all incoming supplier deliveries
• Monitor the inventory control, replenishment and warehouse resources planning, including workforce, storage space and equipment to meet seasonal/ festival demands
• Setup layout for stock arrangement and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures in the warehouse
• Implement and execute effectively delivery schedule to shops along the week
• Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
• Prepare analytical reports to identify cost efficient initiatives
• Cooperate with management in maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid experience of warehouse operations, and at least 2 years in managerial role
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated and strong in logical thinking
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing is preferred
