A new opportunity has arised for an experience Compensation & Benefits professional to join our Headquarter in Hong Kong. This person will be a key player of the Global Human Resources team, with a primary focus on all Compensation & Benefits-related matters.
As an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources (Compensation& Benefits), we will rely on you to:
- Review and safeguard compensation policies
- Provide C&B advice to senior executives’ compensation and Expat compensation and prepare or review relevant salary offers
- Coordinate and prepare mid-year and year-end salary and bonus review
- Monitor and coordinate the implementation of Group long term incentive program globally
- Lead various C&B initiatives and participate in various C&B projects
- Challenge and inspire partners to achieve business results.
We are looking for someone who has:
- An undergraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other related disciplines is highly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with both consulting and corporate human resources experience
- Preferably Regional exposure within Asia Pacific
- Highly analytical with strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Meticulous and steadfast execution in a fast-paced environment
