Job Summary

Responsibilities :

• Complete drafting assignments.

• Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

• Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.

• Assist in the preparation of production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for review.

• Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.

• Attend meetings both internal and external pertaining to existing and potential projects.

• Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Other tasks assigned by people manager.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design. Master’s degree in Urban Design.

• Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities.

• Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.

• Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, and AutoCAD.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

• Portfolio attached is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual language is required.
