Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Enhance the quality and performance of staff at all level by developing training plans, organizing training programs, analyzing and evaluating its effectiveness to align with the direction and strategies of the Company for developing people and culture
- Design, develop and deliver wide range of training programs, including customer service, health & safety, hygiene & food quality, quality assurance & audit, product training, soft skills training, etc
- Explore market training resource for enhancing the training effectiveness and monitor training budget
- Prepare training materials, hand-outs, tools and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing and job performance assessment and to prepare analysis report
- Work with management on change management initiatives
- Experienced and well versed in SOP or in different restaurant operations
Requirements :
- Degree in Hospitality, Catering Management, Training or related disciplines
- Preferable to have food hygiene related certificate or trainer certificate is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in training and development especially in F&B industry
- Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
- Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, excel, Chinese word processing
- Able to cope with fast paced environment
- Creative, good interpersonal, possess with strong communication and project management skills
