Key Accountabilities:

Service Delivery

  • In charge of POS & CRM system for business, including project plan, development and service
  • Perform technical analysis on business application.
  • Provide system training and support to end users.
  • Working with Sr. IT manager - BAU to propose, agree and deliver IT project to end users.


IT Management

  • Propose improvement on business application systems.
  • Define with users their business requirement and manage all the project phases.
  • Lead internal and external resources necessary to achieve target timely.


Project Management

  • Development and implementation of new systems.
  • Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
  • Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
  • Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
  • Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
  • Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.
  • Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services.
  • Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.


Required knowledge, skills or experience Core competencies required:

  • 3+ year experience on POS & CRM related system development and implementation is required
  • Good business sense and good understanding in ERP and CRM system.
  • Familiar with PL/SQL, C# and related MS database and language.
  • Knowledge of Java and MySQL programing is preferred
  • Experience in managing projects or small teams of professionals
  • Solid project management and implementation skills required
  • Strong analytical and good consultation, communication skills required
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Background and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years working experience in retail business
  • Good command in English writing and speaking Certificate of PMP is preferred
