Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Service Sales process and service products communication
2. Coordination of all Service Sales activities in AP-N, internally with Sales, After Sales, Training, System Technology, Engineering, Service Support, QC/ ICCM, Controlling and Marketing as well as externally with cb customers and system suppliers
3. Consulting Sales and After Sales on the application of all service products in order to increase cb performance, improve results and enhance cb market image
4. Providing bilingual presentations, documentations and offers to Sales and After Sales
5. Support of Sales, After Sales and AP Service organization on customer presentations
6. Project lead for OEC and LMS applications and customized service products packages
7. Project lead for service products developments and adaptations to market requirements
8. Updating of service navigators and follow-up of respective measures
9. Forecast and budgeting of annual service products sales
10. Support of Head of Strategic Service Projects AP
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. Strong technical project management skills, including commercial evaluations, documentations and coordination with various internal and external organizations
3. Leadership with respect to controlling, delegating and execution of activities as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. At least 5 years of experience in the field of service or engineering
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
6. English, fluently speaking and issuing of bilingual documents
7. Service-minded
