• Responsibilities:
• Participate in system and APP development
• Program coding, UI, workflow and system design
• System testing and implementation 
• Supervise, coach and train programmers
• Assess system capabilities and undertake feasibility studies that include financial considerations and time lines
• Create workflow diagrams, explore alternative solutions, write programs
• Comply with medical standards for production, quality and productivity
• Train system users, serve as an information resource, develop resource materials, provide ongoing support
• Coordinate and support technical staff, operations and vendors
• Interact with clients to determine their requirements and needs
• Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues
• Perform unit tests and fix bugs
• Integrate best qualitative practices in design and development aspects of programs
• Write documentation for system references
• Stay on top of new technology trends, join organizations, attend seminars, conferences and ongoing opportunities for education

• Requirements: 
• Higher Diploma 5 or above with major in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 4 years' experience in business applications programming
• Two years’ experience in SQL, Web, System Integration
• Exceptional written communications, technical writing skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• BS or MIS in computer science or business administration preferred
• Two years’ experience in medical system or medical related projects preferred
• One year of experience with Android, IOS & IOT project development preferred
• Ability to work in a team and independently,
• Good communication skills in written English and Chinese, Cantonese speaking

• Familiar with the following:
• C++, Arduino, BLE 4.0 MS .NET, MS SQL, MY SQL, Apple Xcode, XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Javascript, Jquery, Ajax, PHP and Node.
• Experience in the integration with Hospital Information System will be an advantage.
