About Human Pharmaceutical Business

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead effective execution of scientific communications and publication plans related to BI China commercial strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrates understanding of the disease area, BI medical strategies and objectives and provides strategic input to senior stakeholders and leadership on matters related to publication planning & data dissemination at a portfolio level
  • Develops high-visibility scientific abstracts, posters, presentations and manuscripts, and whitepapers to share ground-breaking new BI clinical data with the medical community
  • Builds a collaborative working relationship between Corporate Colleague, MA, TA Heads, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, R&D and Regulatory Team members and other key stakeholders
  • Promotes and reinforces Good Publication Practices (GPP) and principles among authors and internal stakeholder community, ensuring all medical publications are being written and reviewed according to GPP3, ICMJE and BI standards
  • Work with team lead to set, govern and enforce BI China, National, and BI Global governance standards and compliance for all publication development and dissemination activities related to BI products/TAs
  • Support on global& region& local projects as requested

Qualifications

  • Education/Degree Requirements: Master’s Degree, PhD or MD in a science subject or biomedical discipline with in-depth experience in publication planning and management
  • Language skills & proficiency: Fluent English communication in reading, written and spoken formats
  • Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): Familiarity with Good Publication Practices (GPP3), ICMJE guidelines, Pharma Code of Conduct and other applicable industry guidelines as well as China’s national requirements ; Good team work spirit; At least 2-year working experience in publication area and have experience across all aspects of scientific publications strategy, planning and execution during all phases of drug development and commercialization process; Strategic thinking; Good communication and presentation skills; Good Microsoft office software skills;
