销售助理经理Assistant Sales Manager
从新客户处获得业务,开发新业务并与现有客户保持关系,以实现销售目标。
你的主要职责:
- 开发新业务,并作为与客户就与整体业务流程和实施相关的所有业务相关事宜进行联络的主要点,以实现业务可持续性
- 维护旧的客户关系,不断开发新客户,以实现数量和GP的个人目标
- 确保符合客户期望的运营效率,并与客户和公司之间的渠道保持一致,以确保业务得到良好实施和执行
- 负责客户DSO并确保付款能够在适当的时候结算并与公司的KPI保持一致
- 跟进公司的销售线索,并在海外和供应商之间进行协调,以使业务成功上线
- 严格按照销售过程中记录的标准销售情况进行工作,分析,跟进管理。
你的资格经验及技能
- 大学本科或以上学历
- 至少4年的外国货运公司销售经验,其中至少2年的销售/大客户管理经验
- 国际贸易知识和相关法律,法规,程序和程序
- 良好的中英文书写和口语能力
Acquire business from new customers, develop new business and maintain relationship with existing customers in order to achieve sales goal.
Your key responsibility
Develop new business and act as a primary point of liaison with the client on all business related matters pertaining to overall business process and implementation to attain the business sustainability.
Well maintained the old customer relationships, and constantly develop new customer in order to achieve the individual target on volumes and GP
Follow up company’s sales lead and coordinate between overseas and vendor to make the business on-boarded successfully
Ensure the operational efficiency which is aligned with the clients’ expectation and being with the channel between customer and company to ensure the business is well implemented and performed
Carry out the work in strict accordance with standard sales recorded on the sales process, analyze, follow-up management.
In-charge of the customer DSO and ensure the payment can be settled in due time and aligned with company’s KPI
Your qualifications, experience &skills
University graduated or above
Minimum 4 years sales experience in foreign freight company, among which minimum 2 years management experience in Sales/Key Account
Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
