Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Retail Business Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of responsible stores to meet with preset objectives
  • Execute strategies to achieve sales targets and shop team performance
  • Implement company policies and procedures at stores
  • Monitor performance of retail shops to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and provide quality customer service
  • Provide counselling, training and motivation to retail staff at stores
  • Prepare roster, sales and analysis reports for management review
  • Maintain efficient communication between retail shops and other internal departments

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5 years’ experience in retail operation, preferably in toys, gifts or FMCG
  • Self-motivated, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
  • Proficient in PC software of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing
  • Good at both written and spoken Chinese and English
