Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Retail Business Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of responsible stores to meet with preset objectives
- Execute strategies to achieve sales targets and shop team performance
- Implement company policies and procedures at stores
- Monitor performance of retail shops to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and provide quality customer service
- Provide counselling, training and motivation to retail staff at stores
- Prepare roster, sales and analysis reports for management review
- Maintain efficient communication between retail shops and other internal departments
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 5 years’ experience in retail operation, preferably in toys, gifts or FMCG
- Self-motivated, well-organized with good communication skills
- Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
- Proficient in PC software of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing
- Good at both written and spoken Chinese and English
