Assistant Research Coordination Officer (Ref:200035B)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Providing general administrative support to the Research Office;
• Providing support to organization of research related events and activities;
• Assisting in research related administrative work; and
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
• Good computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.

Candidates may be invited to attend a trade/written test.

Compensation Package

Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be offered to the right candidate.
