Job Description

To assist in the cost planning, cost control, contract management to the project requirements

• Assist in project estimate, tender, variation order audit, settlement
• Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost document
• Taking off quantities per drawing
• Cost analysis and report
• Finish other works appointed by line manager
  

Jod Requirement

• Bachelor degree of building engineering, HVAC, plumbing, air-conditioning & refrigeration background
• At least two years experience in quantity surveying
• Know about FIDIC and other contract format
• Familiar with market price of M&E material and equipment is a advantage
• CET-4 above, good spoken/written English
• Skilled in computer soft, especially in MS-Office and AutoCAD
• Teamwork spirit, Obedience, Good communication skill, Open mind to new things
• Ability to work under pressure, willing to do overtime work
• M&E site work experience preferred
