Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations related to the property management
- Follow up on both preventive maintenance and ad hoc maintenance works
- Work with different stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, tenants etc.) to deliver timely and quality services
- Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
- Administration and documentation
- Supervise and monitor performance of front line staffs
Requirements:
- Holder of Degree / Diploma in property management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in property management
- Self-motivated
- Service-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Mature, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
