Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations related to the property management
  • Follow up on both preventive maintenance and ad hoc maintenance works
  • Work with different stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, tenants etc.) to deliver timely and quality services
  • Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
  • Administration and documentation
  • Supervise and monitor performance of front line staffs

Requirements:

  • Holder of Degree / Diploma in property management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in property management
  • Self-motivated
  • Service-oriented
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Mature, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
