Responsibilities:

• Manage the appointed property management company to deliver high standard service to our luxurious residential property.
• Provide advice and preventative measures on repairing and maintenance services to enhance the quality of facilities.
• Liaise and co-ordinate the consultants/ contractors/ property management company for the M&E and builder work-related matters.
• Monitor the on-site cleaning/ renovation/ maintenance work and follow up with progress report to head office.
• Support and conduct marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate or above in Real Estate / Property Management / Building Services Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years in property management, and experienced in building construction or property development is an advantage.
• Proactive, result-driven, responsible with strong communication skills and multitasking.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Location :    

• Office in Central / Site at Cheung Sha Wan
