Responsibilities: 

• Organize projects from planning to implementation including planning, budgeting, promotion, materials preparation, and execution (e.g. preparation and development of marketing collaterals including presentation, e-DM, poster, etc.)
• Assist in the tenancy admission process including the tendering process and interacting with potential clients to understand their technical requirements for office or factory set-up
• Provide all-rounded administrative support to the team head including but not exclusive to calendar management, meeting coordination, business trip arrangement and expenses management
• Assist to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders including but not limited to academia, research institutes and business clients, with ultimate goal to attract them to land in our new specialized industrial spaces such as Advanced Manufacturing Centre
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Science, Engineering or related disciplines;
• 3 - 5 years’ working experience, connection with any industry and trade associations is a plus;
• Good understanding and knowledge of the Hong Kong industry and trade is a definite advantage
• Customer focus and ability to develop effective relationship, self-initiative and results-oriented;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position
