The Exhibition Contracting Team of Milton Exhibits is hiring a Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager.

Your education is important.  Your experience is important.  But they are not as important as your talent.

 Responsibilities:

• To ensure the projects can be completed timely, efficiently, safely and professionally with high standard performance
• To work independently or to lead a small team in handling account servicing & project management on various types & scale of projects 
• To work closely with account servicing team and vendors to achieve customers' goals
• To monitor the entire flow of exhibition projects from planning to execution of exhibitions and follow through projects from inception to delivery
• To prepare manpower and logistic planning and schedule for the exhibition projects
• To coach and guide subordinates for the knowledge and technique in planning and operation of exhibition projects
• Occasionally travel is required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager

If you are:

• A Bachelor Degree holder or above; and / or you have
• 4 years or above of solid experience in Exhibition Industry or related industries
• Strong project management skills
• Proactive, independent thinker, detail-oriented and a team player
• Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
