Job Description

Job Description:


  • Manage and review with the suppliers for project status and techncial issues on a weekly basis (PLM and other reporting)

  • Communicate with project leader in BU or SEB Aisa regularly on project status and management

  • Review and inform all the risk of projects which will cause price impact with purchasing team

  • Coordinate and work closely with quality team for all technical issues

    • Technical, construction and tooling risk analysis
    • Complete EMQS, NQSU,
    • Cross functional audit
    • suggest techncial solution for quality defects
  • Consult with safetly and compliance lab for all standard applications

  • Inform the logistics milestone at RP3.5 and confirm the long lead time component

  • Inform finance team any tooling investment and work with the SAP team.

  • Collect all packaging and marketing information from Marketing team and transfer to the suppliers effectively.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree of mechanical / electrical / Process Engineering with 3 years relevant working experiences

  • OR Diploma in mechanical / electrical engineering with 5 years relevant working experiences

  • OR Bachelor degree in Commercial Studies with 5-6 years relevant working experiences

  • With at least 2 years of experience in project

  • 2 years experience in relation with Chinese suppliers required

  • Fluent in English – Chinese (Mandarin + Cantonese)
