1.Bachelor degree in Machinery or Mechanical Engineering

2. 5 years or more job-related experience with at least 3 years in production management;

3.Good command of both spoken and written English;

4.Familiarity with ISO9001 System;

5.Good problem-solving ability, team building and management ability, willingness and ability to make constant improvements;

6.Assist production manager to complete the following functions:

a. Coordinate the whole production process in accordance with the production schedule issued by the Production Planner, ensure the respect of delivery time of quality products ;

b.Ensure the respect of the relevant health, safety and environment laws and regulations in production areas and production activities;

c.Ensure that the products are manufactured in accordance with the correct manufacturing procedures, quality control plan and standard operating procedure;

d.Improve production efficiency and minimize cost to achieve and exceed budgeted targets;

e. Be responsible for performance of whole Production Dept.
