ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

Be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities in RFID to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of manpower, material, equipment and space to ensure company annual goals are achieved in terms of service, quality, cost control, and safety. Manages and develops production staffs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责

• Provide leadership and technical guidance to RFID production, coordinate with other function departments in implementing manufacturing programs;
• Manage production and backlog control, interfaces with planning and technical functions to ensure on-time deliveries;
• Supervise the implementation and maintenance of all safety, health and environmental procedures in accordance with plant and company policies and guidelines;
• Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the equipment and tools maintenance / management system;
• Maintains an effective organization through the selection, development and motivation of all personnel;
• Develop management talents necessary to achieve short and long range objectives by effective direction, coaching and training according to an overall manpower planning;
• Ensure compliance with plant employee relationships policies and guidelines;
• Drive Lean-Sigma manufacturing, manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency in order to achieve world class manufacturing;
• Cooperate with TQ department to implement and maintain the quality/ ISO9000 system. Recommend corrective actions for all CCR/NMR cases and ensure the corrective action could implemented effectively;
• Ensure all employees participate company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 5 years manufacturing experience, at least 3 years supervisory experience ( electronic related experience is preferred);
• Excellent English reading and writing skills, excellent spoken English is a plus.
