The Assistant Product Manager / product manager is responsible for execution of brand strategies through the stages of life cycle management and working with the senior management team to evaluate opportunities and develop plans to optimize a brand or group of defined brands.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans to reflect opportunities / key issues and engagement strategies for responsible products proactively, in alignment with key cross-functional stakeholders (including Medical, Sales, VAP) that ultimately supporting unmet patient needs and optimizing contribution to the corporation.
• Executing, and evaluating promotional tactics that address the strategic need of the brand with the core target audience (physicians, patients, and other HCPs).
• Managing the working relationships between all internal partners (medical affairs department, regulatory department, market access department) and external partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.
• Coordinating product management functions such as forecasting, budget management, and supply management functions.
• Support other activities as required by the manager.

Required Experience / Skills / Competencies:

• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/medical industry experience. Oncology / Hematology field experience is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree in science or medical-related, preferably with higher qualification in pharmacy science or marketing related.
• Product launch, Medical communication and project management is a plus
• Growth mindset and results orientated
• Good cross-functional collaboration and communication skill
• Strong learning agility and resilience
