Job Responsibility

• Assist in developing strategies, initiatives and all-round product proposition (e.g. customer experience, concierge services, lifestyle and wellness incentives, and other value-added services) to expand our health business.
• Drive functional teams and coordinate all actions related to any product initiatives
• Proactively initiate meeting with stakeholders to discuss the key product issues, development progress and deliverables in an effective manner
• Act as subject matter expert in any major product initiatives
• Monitor market development and obtain market intelligence
• Demonstrate good communication skill, proactive management of key stakeholders and the ability to manage and get the buy-in from channel
• Support on-going product maintenance, market research and intelligence and post-and-after of new product launch activities of IPMI.
• Work closely with pricing team for pricing strategy.

Requirement

• University degree with 5 years with working experience in medical product development.
• Good presentation, planning, negotiation and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving, communication and time management skills
• Achievement oriented, drive for results.
