- Assist in Employee benefits policies' system setups, contract, policy documents and bills preparation
- Control the quality of the team's output by checking and signing-off the policy documents
- Meet service turnaround time to achieve targets eg. productivity and error rate
- Assist department head in reviewing workflow and prepare reports
- Follow up requests from intermediaries and internal departments
- Provide assistance in projects and user acceptance test cases preparation and execution
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
Job Requirement
- University degree of any discipline, preferably with FLMI and ACS qualification
- At least 5 years experience in Employee Benefits field
- Sound knowledge of Group Medical & Life products
- Solid experience in handling Group Medical insurance administration
- Good customer service mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
