Job Description

  • Assist in Employee benefits policies' system setups, contract, policy documents and bills preparation
  • Control the quality of the team's output by checking and signing-off the policy documents
  • Meet service turnaround time to achieve targets eg. productivity and error rate
  • Assist department head in reviewing workflow and prepare reports
  • Follow up requests from intermediaries and internal departments
  • Provide assistance in projects and user acceptance test cases preparation and execution
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department

Job Requirement

  • University degree of any discipline, preferably with FLMI and ACS qualification
  • At least 5 years experience in Employee Benefits field
  • Sound knowledge of Group Medical & Life products
  • Solid experience in handling Group Medical insurance administration
  • Good customer service mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
