Job Description

Responsibilities

The appointee will be required to assist in preparing documents (English and Chinese) and project administration; liaise with stakeholders including various departments at HKUST and external clients; handle daily administrative work and perform any other duties (e.g. event arrangement) as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate should possess good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; computer literacy, including Chinese word processing. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is highly appreciated. Fresh graduate with good writing skill will also be considered. (Duration: 2 years)

Remuneration

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided where applicable. Successful applicant will be hired as an employee of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology R and D Corporation Limited. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
