The School of Business and Management is searching for a high-caliber person to fill the position of Assistant Officer (Fintech Research Project).

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Fintech Research Project, the appointee will be required to collaborate with the project team to contribute to the project lifecycle, provide administrative and operational support to the Fintech Research Project, and logistics support to events, meetings, and presentations. He/She will also be responsible for providing research support such as collecting and analyzing research data, assisting in preparation of promotional materials for events and activities, as well as performing other tasks or duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business and related disciplines. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese and a good command of MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) will be required. The ideal candidate should be creative, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in marketing, event management and design will be advantageous. Working outside normal office hours will be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
