Position Summary ：

This position is to work closely with UK Team for product development and category innovation, and provide technical support for product marketing, to meet the needs of China market business development.

Responsibilities ：

1. Being the hub of UK and CN team on products, closely work with CN & UK NPD & Tech team, including marketing, regulation, supply chain, and sales to ensure smooth product development & landing to market.

2. Conduct product research & work with marketing and sales for product concept briefing.

3. Work with CN RA team to ensure product meets the entry market’s requirement, and also provide product briefing to UK team for further development.

4. Product validation to ensure product parameter meets the regulatory requirement

5. Observe market & industry trend, understand the consumers needs & baby weaning knowledge & behavior, to help to build up the mechanism for rolling product planning in the company.

6. Help to build up & improve execution of the NPD gate process & platform in-between UK and China to accelerate NPD efficiency and effectiveness.

7. To support various team concerning product knowledge within the company.

Work experience requirement:

1. 5+ year work experience in F&B industry, candidate with baby food development experience is a plus.

2. Bachelor’s degree or above acquired from food engineering(食品工程), applied chemistry（应用化学）, women and children nutrition (妇幼营养学) or food nutrition (食品营养学) is required.

3. Candidate with strong marketing sense is preferred.
