Our client is a global beauty & wellness company which talks about nature, sustainability and well-being. They're now looking for an assistant marketing manager to join the team. This manager will play a pivotal role in educating customers about the brand history and philosophy, and to ensure the brand value is well recognised among the end consumers.

Job Duties

• Ensure marketing principals and communications programs would achieve strong brand recognition, understand and advocacy
• Identifying the most appropriate digital platforms, tools and systems to support overall digital engagement and communication strategies
• Develops retail marketing programs and key creative assets to provide tools for in store programs (online to offline)
• Build relationships with brand aligned organisations and develops programmes to support local and country opportunities
• Executes all brand alignments, sponsorship, event and education programmes

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience from Retail / Hospitality Indsutry in Hong Kong
• Good command of English - close to Native is preferred
• Creative sensitivity and a strong belief in wellness and nature
• Strong interpersonal and communications ability with a flair on hosting, speaking and managing high-end or well-considered and curated events
• Sound digital marketing knowledge, KOLS management
