Job Description

Report to: Marketing Manager of H?agen-Dazs Shop (China)


基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

  • Fully accountable for both long-term and short-term strategic development of CRM to drive the local customer growth and retention based on the brand direction

  • Manage total brand’s CRM budget and its ROI

  • Responsible for strategic planning and flawless execution of the brand’s omni-channel CRM programs by partnering with internal marketing, sales, shop operation, e-commerce, IT, consumer research, finance team and external agencies (CRM, creative and media)

  • Responsible for Partnership Marketing with other brands or business to develop loyalty and member recruitment programs

  • Support the CRM Program optimization by measuring key metrics including Click Through Rate, Open Rate, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Bounce Rate, Database Growth, Member Sales Contribution, Member Ticket Count, Member Ticket Average & Purchase Frequency (shop business)

  • Coordinate with data analysis team, global IT team & CRM agency to facilitate the best support in analytic tools, reporting and program content

  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings and industry best practices to drive business growth

  • Regular review of current system and provide recommendations if appropriate in support of running CRM programs in order to drive efficiency

  • Develop the best-in-class CRM protocol and practice for the brand to support sustainable business growth


    工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 7 years CRM experience with at least 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably from MNCs and retail shop business (especially from Cosmetic, Health Care and F&B)

  • In-depth understanding and China CRM experience of Wechat and its mini-program

  • Positive working attitude with strong analytical and quick problem solving skills

  • Good business acumen and passionate in CRM and the industry

  • Innovative and proactive – Willing to experiment with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems

  • Excellent strategic thinking and execution skill

  • Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills

  • Excellent data analytics and customer metrics measurement skills

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Bachelor degree in business related studies or marketing
