Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement retail marketing promotions and sales-driven activities as well as analyzing customer data
• Develop media contacts and relations and maintain up to date communications.
• Develop and support tactical promotions and collaborations with shopping malls, hotel concierge, event management companies and corporate companies.
• Plan and executes marketing opportunities, providing support on advertising & in-store communications
• Manage company social media accounts.
• Manage in-house graphic designer for promotional, advertising, and other collateral material.
• Track and monitor the sales performance of marketing activities
• Track closely with market trend and competitor activities
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or business-related disciplines
• 3-5 years or above marketing experience
• Solid experience with media exposure, hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong project management, organization skills with excellent analytical mindset and communications skills
• Creative, proactive, can-do attitude, well-groomed, team-player who can work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external parties
• Strong written, presentation and communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
