Responsibilities
1、 Responsibility for service quality, service standard, service process, material security, clocking-in, occupational etiquette, etc
2、 To maintain profitability through increased sales and reduced costs whilst maintaining high pre-set operating standards;
3、 Adhere to opening and closing procedures, Check the booking
4、 Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
5、 Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts
6、 Understand knowledge of safety and health, safety and hygiene management for each stall inspection and summary evaluation;
7、 Handle guest complaints, communication with the guests, the consent of the guest feedback;
8、 To ensure that all staff receive regular training in compliance
9、 To ensure that all staff have clear objectives and that their performance is reviewed regularly;
10、Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs
11、Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Departments budget
Requirements
1、 At least 5yrs relevant experience in a Western restaurant;
2、 Understand with relevant knowledge and restaurant and etiquette
3、 Good communication skills and management ability
4、 Good English, fluent Mandarin;
5、 Exceptional personal hygiene and self-presentation;
6、 Fun, honest and hard-working attitude.
