Job Posting Details

The Academic Registry is looking for an appointee to work in the registry systems team providing technical services to Academic Registry users.

The appointee will assist the manager in providing first-line IT services to Academic Registry and related units, covering business process analysis, re-engineering and other related services in IT projects.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and possess at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in IT related roles. Experiences in tertiary education institutions would be an advantage. The appointee should be outgoing with good communication and organizational skills. He/She should be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and capable of meeting deadlines. The ability to deliver system implementation projects is essential. (Duration: 2 years)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
