- To develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business and its recruitment needs in order to deliver a quality focused service
- To establish and maintain effective networks and relationships with key line contacts. This will involve regular liaison with the client base in order to deliver a recruitment service which meets their needs and expectations
- Plan and conduct recruitment activity for all grades and positions within a particular line of business using standard selection methodologies, from capturing briefs to negotiating offers
- Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and / or face-to-face interviews with prospective clients for corporate functions and high volume projects
- Facilitate discussions & feedback on final outcome to the relevant agency or directly to the candidate.
- Produce & distribute detailed recruitment reports for the business and HR on a regular basis. Collect data and input into the KPI’s and ensure that the data presented are accurate
- Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
- Coordinate human resources and recruitment events
Candidate Profile
- 3 years or above of recruitment experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate ability to successfully build and manage relationships at senior level
- Can works well under pressure, ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Strong communication with fluent English & Chinese both written and verbally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong excel & PPT skills preferred
