A new opportunity has arisen for a Procurement professional to join our Headquarter in Hong Kong. This person will be a key player of the Corporate Services team within the Procurement division, with a focus on the corporate office and supporting the group insurance programme.

As an Assistant Manager, Procurement, we will rely on you to:

  • Responsible for procurement duties for the corporate office in Hong Kong, including sourcing, request for quotation, recommendation, negotiation, contract management, spend analysis and reporting.
  • Support group insurance program including but not limited to policy renewals, review and negotiation, ensuring appropriate insurance cover and risk mitigation
  • Support and reviews internal procurement requests ensuring competitive offers and compliance
  • Support enhancement and development of internal Purchase Order System
  • Assist in streamlining internal procurement processes

We are looking for someone who has:

  • University graduate with a degree in Supply Chain / Procurement / Business or other related disciplines is highly preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience from sizable companies
  • Highly analytical with strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • A team player who demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision
